Do you provide international shipping?

For now, we only have shipments to the State of Puebla and Tlaxcala.

How can I return a product?

What is your return policy?

You can return products that are faulty in their function, if they were mistreated when they arrived at the customer or if the product does not match the description.

How can I track my order?

It is in the process of enabling you to track your order through our website, but we can provide a tracking number or guide for your confidence.

What are the shipping options?

Shipments are made through Estafeta, shipping can be free or it will have a cost, please remember to check when you buy a product if it has free shipping or not.
